Jeremy Hirsh, the principal of Hirsh Business Law, is a 2002 graduate of Georgetown Law School (magna cum laude), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a graduate of  Harvard College (cum laude). Prior to establishing his own firm in 2010, Jeremy was a Senior Associate at Covington &Burling, LLP, practicing in the firm’s corporate and securities group in New York.

Hirsh Business Law maintains offices at 159 Millburn Avenue in Millburn, New Jersey and at 667 Madison Avenue in Manhattan.
